my favorite workout. I highly recommend to anyone who will listen.
specifically I highly suggest the wildwood location. the whole staff is extremely knowledgable and so friendly. I started at the Bethesda studio and moved to wildwood because of the staff and coaches. can not recommend enough
Solidcore is completely new to me and I will say that it was probably the most intense workout I've ever done and I've been to cross fit lol. I had a wonderful experience with Coach Gina. She was super energetic, supportive and knowledgable. I definitely gave up mid workout, but Gina was extremely encouraging and really motivated me to get to that finish line.
Their knowledge about the specific muscles you’re targeting in a movement forces me to think about what I’m doing. Also, as a former fitness coach, I appreciate the inclusion of different body types and abilities. The workout isn’t just about “getting small” or looking a certain way. You’re encouraged to get shaky, strong, and fuel your body’s needs. I haven’t heard “you’ve earned that [insert dessert or holiday of some kind] with this workout” and I appreciate that.
