Nobody does it better!! Joy and her team (special praise to Amanda and Alexandra) are consummate professionals even as they are sensitive to their clients’ individual needs.

I had the pleasure of working with Settlement Ink when I bought my house in 2012, again when I refinanced the house several times after that, and just this month when I sold the house.

When I found out that the buyers for the first offer on the sale of my house wanted to use a different settlement company, I knew that it would not end well. Sure enough, that sale went sideways. Fortunately, the next buyer used Settlement Ink, and everything went perfectly.

Joy is really a pro. She sees around corners and advises accordingly. I've used a lot of title companies over the years. Settlement Ink is head and shoulders above the others.
