Brian Gormley is AMAZING. He helped us (landlord) when other's would not. We were led to believe our case was too challenging because DC is tenant friendly and they wanted us to start over, as we initially filed without an attorney. Brian didn't. He took us on and was successful in representing us.if you can imagine how it is to feel defeated before you show up for the game that is how we felt but he wouldn't let us give up. I'm so glad and grateful he didn't. Without him and his expert negotiation skills we would be back at ground zero. I am shouting and singing his praises to any and everyone. If you need a knowledgeable, insightful, empathetic and a GREAT landlord/tenant attorney then Brian Gormely is the one to call.
