I’m very grateful for the compassionate and respectful treatment I received from Pumphrey Funeral Home. During such a painful time, they explained every step clearly and treated me with dignity throughout the entire process. Everything was handled with care and respect, right up until the very end. I truly appreciate their support.
It is with immense appreciation for the Robert A. Pumphrey Funeral Homes that I write this comment : I spent a considerable amount of time today formulating a pre arrangement funeral plan with the gracious support of Ms. Angelette Rawls - Bannister, Funeral Director. Our meeting was comprehensive, and coupled with a tour of the elegant facility. Ms. Rawls - Bannister was both considerate, and an excellent communicator.
My family and I were extremely pleased with Pumphreys. The staff was kind, sensitive, and extremely responsive to our needs. Pumphrey’s managed the visitation, funeral, and related logistics extremely well. They were a huge help during a difficult time. A big thank you to Shelby and the rest of the team: William, Mark, Pavel, Travis, Miriam, Sydney, and Kristen.
