I had an excellent experience having a hair transplant with Dr. Sitapara, and I want to share a few thoughts for anyone considering his practice.
In the interest of full transparency: I am a physician colleague of Dr. Sitapara's, and I know him from our years together in residency training. But it is precisely my familiarity with his surgical skill, clinical judgment, and character that made him the obvious choice when I decided to move forward with this procedure. I traveled from out of state specifically to be under his care.
As an out-of-state patient, the logistics were seamless. My initial consultation and pre-operative appointments were conducted virtually, and the process was thorough and well-organized from the start. During my first visit, Dr. Sitapara took real time to understand my goals and expectations, answered every question without any sense of being rushed, and addressed the anxieties I'd been carrying about the procedure for quite a while. Despite already knowing him, his approach to my case and his warm and knowledgeable demeanor gave me the confidence to finally move forward.
The procedure itself was smooth and uncomplicated, and my recovery has been pain-free and without issue. I'm only two weeks out at this point, so final results are still many months away, but the early signs look great! I'll plan to update this review when I can speak to the long-term outcome.
Dr. Sitapara and his entire staff (shout out to Jenn, Jada, and Heather) made every step of this experience feel comfortable and well-supported. If you're considering any procedure, I'd encourage you to at least schedule a consultation. You'll be in excellent hands.

I can’t recommend Dr. Jigar Sitapara enough. Post-pregnancy, I noticed a more tired appearance, loss of volume, and structural changes in my face and neck that made me feel off. He understood exactly what I needed and helped restore a natural, refreshed version of myself. His work is subtle, precise, and thoughtful. Truly exceptional!

Dr. Sitapara and all the staff involved in my care (shout out to Jada, Heather, and Jen 🙂) are absolutely top notch. I had consultations with several different surgeons before deciding that Dr. S was the right fit for me. Coming from a healthcare background, I had an extensive list of questions and Dr. S was very attentive and patient. He took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns. Just as importantly, Dr. S is a skilled, double board-certified Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with years of experience. Going into the procedure, I felt as confident and supported as one can possibly feel. And the best part is the results! I feel and look refreshed and natural...I no longer cringe at my image when I have to turn on my Zoom camera!! I highly recommend Prime Facial Plastic Surgery.

Update 5 months photo. For comparison, the last picture was taken at one month at his office. Horribly upsetting result from Dr. Sitapara and now waiting my time to get a revision. The surgery was September 2025. I am just starting my in-person revision consultations. For my first in-person consult, the surgeon said that based on the results of Dr. Sitapara's DPFL/NL, I need the entire procedure to be done over gain (DPFL/NL) with a fee of over 27K (again for the second surgery). A second revision surgeon said she would need to do significant revision work and her fee was over 39K. There has been no explanation, apology, or comments at all about what happened. Rather, Dr. Sitapara only indicated that he felt that this was a good outcome. In addition, there have been marketing concerns, serious anesthesia concerns, and most recently a reported HIPAA violation where he told a concerned potential patient this was a revision (it was not) after she saw my post-op picture. Please do your homework and check with actual former patients and not rely on reviews and marketing of photos. I thought I did my homework and researched fully- but this was a horrible outcome yet more importantly with the ethical and medical/anesthesia-related concerns, I felt a need to file a complaint to the medical board.

From the very beginning, Jennifer set the tone with her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. She made me feel heard, respected, and completely at ease throughout the entire process. It’s rare to encounter someone who balances efficiency with such a personal touch, and she does it effortlessly.
Dr. Sitapra is equally exceptional. His expertise is evident, but what stood out most to me was his attention to detail and the calm confidence he brings into the room. You can feel that you’re in capable hands, which brings a level of comfort that’s hard to put into words.
And I would be remiss not to mention the office itself—it is absolutely breathtaking. Beautiful, serene, and thoughtfully designed, it adds to the overall experience in a way that makes you feel cared for from the moment you walk in.
What impressed me most was not just the level of service, but the integrity behind it. That kind of professionalism builds real trust, and it’s something I value deeply.

This is my sincere appreciation to Dr. Sitapara. He performed a deep plane face & neck lift and upper blepharoplasty on me. Starting from the consultation and going through the procedure, he and his team made me feel very comfortable. Although I am now only at 3-week recovery, I have already seen amazing results.
