I have been training in the martial arts for over 30 years and can say that Hanshi Polander provides the the best martial arts training! Him and Sensei Magdelena offer a great environment with a time tested curriculum. Hanshi Polander is now my Sensei and I am still learning from him. Look no further.

Our 11 year old is getting what’s almost like one on one training and guidance from Sensei Hanshi and Magda. They’re extremely knowledgeable and well respected within the martial arts community.
