This place is fantastic!
Wonderful family running a preceding Dojo.
I've been a student here for 1 year and have loved every minute. But you get out what you put in. So, if you join, plan to work the preheat. You won't be disappointed!

One of the true traditional Okinawan martial arts forms. Not sport karate. There are plenty of very qualified knowledgeable instructors for adults and kids! I've been to others, and I would not go anywhere else! This is the real deal for self-defense!

I have been training in the martial arts for over 30 years and can say that Hanshi Polander provides the the best martial arts training! Him and Sensei Magdelena offer a great environment with a time tested curriculum. Hanshi Polander is now my Sensei and I am still learning from him. Look no further.
