I have had an excellent experience with physical therapy at NRH Rehabilitation Network in Bethesda. After getting X-rays at the orthopedist that didn't pinpoint the source of my lower back and hip pain, I was reassured by the thorough and expert evaluation I received from John Gillis, the site's director, which identified the underlying issues. Six PT sessions later, all of the exercises done at the office and at home have reduced my pain very significantly, in addition to providing me with tools I will continue to use to manage my condition. I cannot recommend this practice more highly for their competence, professionalism, and friendliness.
