As an avid hiker, I could not put up with it.Darren and Stephanie Johnson took great care in listening to my symptoms and my stories. Then I started treatments. After a couple of weeks of treatment, I noticed a great reduction in pain and substantial improvement in the feeling in my feet.In my case, as a creative writer and actor, the sessions generate ideas for my stories and spoken word poems.The atmosphere in the office is calm and welcoming. And so are Stephanie and Darren. Very importantly, they love what they do.

Cristina Garcia is an amazing physical therapist. She is straightforward and doesn’t mince words. She analyzed the problem and provides a number of solutions. In my case of plantar fasciitis she recommended I get softer orthotics and also provided a number of exercises to strengthen my calf muscles. She had an intern to whom she explained her strategies and recommendations.
