Main Street Bethesda Physical Therapy is well run and well organized. The facility is pleasant. My daily assigned exercises are backed up with videos and accountability that allows feedback. The front desk staff is helpful for making appointments; I prefer their arranging my appointments over doing them online.

Wonderful practice. Therapists listen, and zero in with multiple strategies to provide you with best results. And all staff (technicians, front office and therapists) work together to ensure your appointments are productive. At various times the last 2 years I have been treated for balance, neck strain and mobility issues, with excellent outcomes.

Bethesda Physical Therapy is the best and most effective physical therapy clinic I have worked with over the past 25 years. Unfortunately, due to severe chronic pain and fatigue causing long term disability along with a few old injuries and autoimmune illnesses, physical therapy has been the only long term treatment that has consistently reduced the severity of the pain while also increasing my mobility (with the exception of epidurals and oblations). In addition, I have had several orthopedic surgeries followed typically by physical therapy at the clinics owned by the surgeons.
