We had our carpets cleaned by a different company about 6months ago and were told stains on the picture below would never be removed. We understood the possibility of it but was shocked to see how Devin from Metrogreen changed everything just recently. We were doing a routine carpet steam cleaning and showed him the stains. He explained of the same possibility of stains not completely getting removed but recommended a carpet stain treatment, which we agreed to. Interesting enough, all the carpet stains were removed and we are very pleased with the work.
We requested multiple carpet cleaning and area rug cleaning estimates from 3different companies but ended up choosing this company for 3 reasons. 1. Communication: They were able to answer all our questions regarding the carpet cleaning service without having to push scheduling a service. 2. Transparency: they were honest about variations in costs depending on the condition of what needed cleaning and gave us a quote which was not the cheapest but not the most expensive. 3. Quality of Services: Having read the reviews & seen some of the pictures and videos of their work; we knew outright metrogreen was not going to disappoint so we went with them. We had an awesome experience with MetroGreen Carpet, we paid $160 for a deep steam clean/ sanitization of two carpeted rooms, which is the cheapest that we could find by far (the work was done excellently nonetheless). The communication was good and the workers were genuinely very friendly (be aware that they won’t send a confirmation email but they have your appt on their books). We would definitely recommend this company, they’re great and super easy to schedule!
