I have been coming to this nail salon for a long time to get my eyebrows done and have never had an issue until yesterday. Unfortunately, my experience this time was extremely disappointing. The technician, Amie, burned my skin while waxing my eyebrows. The wax was clearly too hot and immediately caused a burning sensation. Instead of handling the situation properly, she applied a lotion that made the burning even worse. Shortly after, the skin under and around my eyebrows became very red, irritated, and painful. What made the situation even more upsetting was that there was no apology or concern shown. Instead, she tried to blame me and said it was because I had put something on my face beforehand, which is simply not true. I have been getting my eyebrows done here for a long time and have never had this kind of reaction. I left with visible red marks and painful irritation around my eyebrows, and the redness still has not gone away. This was a very upsetting experience and extremely unprofessional. Clients should not leave a salon with burns on their face, and the way the situation was handled was unacceptable.

Victoria did my nails and did two different shades on of pink on my hands and toes AFTER asking me do I want the same color for my hands. Didn’t offer to fix it. I also asked for dip powder and she did acrylics……I will never be back here thanks to her.

They over charged me on website their prices are different it was 25 for regular manicure and they charged 40 bucks for that it’s crazy not recommended

I wanted to do something nice for my significant other but this was not it. First, when I paid up front she up charged for a salt scrub that my partner didn't order. Then no one helped her put her shoes on, so she messed up her polish and needed it fixed. And then she didn't tell her that I had already included a 20% tip so she gave and extra $20 for bad service. One and done. Maybe they learn not to cheat people and they'd get my repeat business. Far from luxury service!

I honestly wasn’t satisfied with the service, she was rude and was annoyed every time I tried to express what I wanted. I was very disappointed in the service and won’t be returning.

I would NEVER go back to this place and will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The most horrible experience! The tech did not know how to remove gel nail paint. Gave the most horrible pedicure and didn’t even do a good job of removing gel paint. She clearly does not know how to do her work. Please do not get your mani pedi done from her (specially Gel). After checking out and paying for gel paint removal from hand and pedicure, she comes rushing out saying that they forgot to charge me extra $10 for removing gel nail paint from feet since I didn’t get gel nail paint done with pedicure.’ - a charge they never mentioned in the first place. Ridiculous! FYI, I did not TIP this person because she did such a bad job. I am pretty sure if I had tipped her she wouldn’t have asked for $10 extra. The most ridiculous way of doing business. I hope either this nail salon shuts down forever or they get better staff and technicians as I can clearly see bad reviews from other customers as well.

DO NOT COME HERE. They overcharged my service today. I asked for a regular gel pedicure instead she game me a Paraffin Pedicure and charged me for a Deluxe Pedicure. They charged me $120 in total for a gel pedicure and a fill in w gel polish. She told me I had to pay before I received my itemized receipt. This is terrible business. I work in the mall and looked forward to making this salon my home salon. I am 100% disputing the charge due to the dishonesty. Was it worth it?

Got my nails done here for the first time yesterday. I didn’t realize it at the time but the manicurist actually cut me THREE times. I’ve gotten dip manicures at another salon and these have let my nails feeling weird and off to the point that I may have to go someplace else (cause ain’t no way I’ll go back to someone who CUT ME) and pay to have these removed. Now I’m on infection watch and hoping they really do sterilize their equipment 🙃
