I was able to get a new patient appointment with the fabulous nurse practitioner, David Perez, within a few months of calling the practice.We received clear instructions and communication regarding parking and submitting online medical history forms.David Perez took his time and communicated with me in a clear compassionate manner. He is very knowledgeable and takes a collaborative approach towards patient health.

Awful practice. In addition to awful phone and in-person wait times, rudeness, and unreliable appointments, they got my prescription doses wrong TWICE. The second time, the doctor chided me for taking my medication wrong. Not recommended.

My husband had an 8:30 appointment. We called and asked where to park because we don’t know the area. The female stated across the street at the Marriott. Riding down Wisconsin Ave and see that the Marriott is 3-4 blocks down. Also noticed the Hilton but couldn’t get over because in the far right lane. Called back and told her my husband is in a wheelchair and the Marriott is too far down. Asked what about the Hilton? She stated “yes that’s where we park”……Ummmm…..hello why didn’t she say that in the beginning? It takes us 10 minutes to get back down because there was no U-turns.
