“I wanted to leave this review specifically to recognize TJ from UCM's customer service team.

I recently had an issue with one of my appointments, and after speaking with TJ, I genuinely felt cared for as a customer. From the moment he answered the phone, he was empathetic, patient, professional, and incredibly easy to talk to. He never made me feel like I was being difficult or unreasonable. Instead, he took the time to truly listen, understand where I was coming from, and made me feel like my concerns actually mattered.

What stood out to me most was TJ's character. It's rare to speak with someone in customer service who makes you feel like they're genuinely advocating for you instead of simply following a script or trying to get you off the phone. At no point did I feel like I was just another complaint or another ticket to close. We even ended up sharing a few laughs by the end of our conversation, and when I told him I wanted to recognize him publicly, his gratitude felt completely genuine. It reminded me that people working in customer service often hear complaints but don't always hear when they've made a real difference. TJ absolutely made a difference for me.
