“We have used this firm for years, and despite occasional rate increases, their value is top-notch! They come on time, with a multiple person crew, and in just about an hour's time, they change our bed linens and clean several rooms! (That includes washing our kitchen and dining room floors). The crew has a team leader who is bilingual, and is responsive to occasional non-standard cleaning needs. Our split level home with three bathrooms definitely looks better after they leave! They would be ideal for a home either needing regular cleaning (and they even catch occasional things stuck in the upholstery as they did this morning), or getting ready to be sold and/or staged. “Concrete Etc. is an amazing company to work with. Their personnel are very courteous, responsive and professional. Our project liaison, De'Andre was always on top of things in making sure the job was done right. The workers were careful, clean and did everything in a timely manner. Their price was also very competitive. My garage had some hairline cracks that allowed water to seep through when it rains and they fix those before applying the epoxy. “As always Jerome is the best. I get the rug and couch done every 3-6 months. This time it was more toward the 6 months mark and both the rug and couch were dirty. Jerome arrived on time (as always) and got both the rug and the couch clean like new! I love this service. It is reasonably priced and it prevents me from adding to the landfill bc I don’t buy new stuff all the time. I totally recommend this company.“

“Their exceptional professionalism was found in the way they followed up with customers. We hired them for a move-in/move-out clean-up. The first time the team came, they didn't do a great job. Just when I wanted to call them, the company manager called me to inquire how satisfied I was with their work. I was impressed that they call each customer to make sure their work is exceptional and follow up promptly. When I unpacked what I was not satisfied with, they sprang up in action immediately and the owner herself came out to check out the work their team did. Not only did she re-do the clean up herself the following day, but she also used it as a teaching moment for her staff to make sure her team KNOWS and UNDERSTANDS what her expectations are, which is pretty high even for someone like me who is a bit germophobic. It is needless to say that the house was sparkling after the re-do. She even managed to get rid of tough stains I thought would take a miracle to remove.
