I had 3 Tixel treatments from Sima and today I came in for my 4th one. I see huge difference in the fine lines and the color of my skin became lighter. My skin is younger and my face has a big lift. The texture is very smooth and glossy. I noticed that little by little and you must be patient. I noticed the big difference after third treatment. I am going to continue on because I value the natural treatment. I highly recommend. Her price is the best in town.

My updated review with Sima, she's still my go to Facialist in the DMV area. I love her hydrafacials and she's extremely gentle with skin tag removals. She's very responsive via text message and prices have always proven to be very affordable. She offers a variety of other services as well but the hydrafacial and skin tag removals are just my go to (check her web link for a list). She does her magic in a small private room in the salon at the Promenade building, a pretty quiet area which is nice.
