I’ve had four sessions with Dr. Steve so far and even though I haven’t had the wave yet, I can already feel my body shifting. I came in mainly for gut issues and long-term emotional tension, and this is the first thing that’s helped me feel like something is actually changing from the inside out.

Dr. Steve was the missing piece of my healing journey. I have been battling an array of diagnosis for a while now, but it wasn’t until I started working on my nervous system that my physical symptoms started to improve. I have been seeing chiropractors for over 30 yrs. I started seeing Dr. Gardener about a year ago and he has changed the way I look at chiropractic care. Steve's method seemed a bit hippy, dippy at first, but I am experiencing a real change in my back/body. I stand straighter and am more comfortable. Steve's practice is a whole body and mind approach and it has really made a difference for me. Instead of just pushing my body into the position it needs to be in (which was often painful), I have learned how to put my body into the position it should be in whenever I feel a twinge.
