After years of poor posture and back tension, I’m so glad I found Dr Steve. After working together using breathing techniques and NSA, my body has completely opened up. After few sessions i started almost subconsciously to do stretches that were giving me relief, and after few weeks my posture was night-and-day different and the chronic tightness is gone. Highly recommend for anyone who feels 'stuck' in their body and want to focus on gentle and natural way to reconnect with its spine and neck.

I’ve had four sessions with Dr. Steve so far and even though I haven’t had the wave yet, I can already feel my body shifting. I came in mainly for gut issues and long-term emotional tension, and this is the first thing that’s helped me feel like something is actually changing from the inside out.
