I had booked an appointment thru their ig page! It was so easy and quick! The location is right off of 355 in Bethesda in front of the AC hotel. It is also walking distance from the Bethesda metro stop. Brenda was so welcoming and helpful with this being my first time getting extensions with her. She asked what I wanted to do, I also asked her expert opinion and we did a wispy full cat eye which was so amazing! Brenda also had snacks and water in her suite and she made sure I was comfortable during my appointment. It was a great experience my lashes have lasted almost 2 weeks with some shedding but Brenda said it's normal! 10/10 would recommend. Brenda provided excellent customer service and fair prices. The suite was clean, cute and full of snacks!

Her skills are superb. I travel internationally for work a lot and usually for weeks. The last thing I want is to have missing lashes in the middle of my trip. That NEVER happens! I have been going to Brenda for a couple of years. She is the best in the area! Not only she works fast (which is a big plus in my book for someone inpatient like me), the quality of her skills is superb. I usually retain 85 to 90% of the lashes even a month after I have it done (and I am not that careful to protect my lashes from daily wear and tear). I often go on weeks of international travels and still have most of my lashes intact. I've also done numerous body contouring sessions with Brenda. The results were incredible!! I felt slimmer around my tummy instantly the day after. Brenda is super friendly. We have a lot to talk about during the sessions and time flies by. I cannot recommend her enough!
