Dr Miller thoroughly explained my condition, outlined appropriate alternative responses and recommended a reasonable course of action. He was clear, concise and provided advice more thoroughly than other physicians I have seem. Would highly recommend.
Really appreciated his no nonsense, what are the facts presentation. I went in thinking I had to have surgery based on what I had been told. He was very conservative which I appreciate and desperately want. I am trying other pathways first. I am very happy so far.
The visit itself was great. My complaint lies with being asked to complete my pre-registration twice, once online at the website portal when I scheduled the appointment and a second time when requested via text. Not sure why the duplication. Also, too many reminders. This practices is not unique in that regard!
