Cella, Inc. (Proposal Staffing)

This is not my first time working with a staffing agency but based on my experience with the Boss group I will not work with another agency again. Prior to accepting my offer I explicitly asked about healthcare, holiday pay, PTO benefits. My recruiter said all these things were offered. Fast forward 4 months later and I have learned the following: the healthcare plan is not employer sponsored you have to pay at minimum $400 a week for a family to have healthcare that's more than what's offered in the marketplace. My recruiter doesn't return phone calls or emails. She'll call with a job possibility but then doesn't call to let me know the outcome either way--I end up having to chase her by phone/email, and then she's slow to respond to that (if she does at all). Opportunities have been few and far between, surprising for someone with my experience and skills. Once I finally did get an assignment, no one checked with me to see how it was going. I don't feel like she is interested in placing me at all, and it's impossible to go up the chain of command to get any resolution or help.
