The doctor is outstanding and did an excellent job. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Dr. McNeill is a friendly and skilled physician. He diagnosed the problem, figured out the plan and efficiently did the work with a minimum of discomfort. He is straight forward in his manner and clear with his explanation. I highly recommend him.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Mcneil's treatment of my varicose veins. He works quickly and explains everything he's doing. He converses throughout the procedure so that your attention is directed away from it. I also highly recommend his staff for their sclerotherapy and cosmetic procedures. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

I was referred to Dr. McNeill by two different friends and have seen him for sclerotherapy treatment of spider veins. Overall I have been pleased with the results of my treatments and I always appreciate his honest and direct approach. Most recently, when a collection of spider veins didn’t respond to treatment as expected/hoped, he provided targeted follow-up treatment to the stubborn area at no additional charge, which in my opinion says a lot about standing behind his services and results.

I spent $1000 for sclerotherapy, $500 per treatment and saw barely any improvement in my legs. Which is very disappointing! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to seek treatment here. I called to cancel my next appointment and I was asked if I wanted to reschedule, I declined. I expressed my disappointment and I was told someone would be in contact with me. Nobody has reached out to me. The sad truth is that a lot of people have spider vein and varicose vein issues. In my experience these practices are taking advantage of people by overcharging for services without providing the patient with results.

First experience here today was very positive. Staff was friendly and patiently answered questions. I will return and recommend without reservation!

I highly recommend the Capitol Vein & Laser Center in Bethesda. I have been going through a very careful treatment of my two legs/feet. The treatments have significantly improved the appearance of the veins. Dr. Paul McNeill is very professional, knowledgeable, and approachable. His team, which I have mostly interacted with, includes Nora, Yolanda, Rashina, Maria and Tiffany. They are indeed outstanding – professional, friendly, and proactive.
