Just finished another cryo- facial and my technician and treatment was terrific! In addition, I tried for the first time the infrared sauna and felt that is melted away many aches and pains as well as ridding my body of a lot of toxins. Again, my technician made sure I had enough water during my session as you do need to replenish during the course of the treatment. The facility is also impressive.

I started with a 30-minute Infrared Sauna session and followed it with a 20-minute Red Light Therapy session in athlete recovery mode, and the combination was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. The facility was very clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere.
