We should have done more due diligence before handing money to the owner, Jason Goozh, because when his house of cards fell and our investments went to zero, our attorney did perform the due diligence and it turns out that Jason has a 988K IRS judgement against his home. Also, his family has had a quite run with the courts, including his Dad, Dr. Joel Goozh. Stay away from this guy and all we can say is KARMA JASON KARMA!

Eric and Debbie at Bluewater Funding are the best!! They were both very knowledgeable and great to work with! I recently refinanced my rental property and they made it an extremely smooth and stress-free process. They also got it done very quickly. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a home loan or to refinance their mortgage. I cannot say enough good things about them and my experience! I will definitely use them again in the future if/when the time comes.

First of all I would like to say that the woman/witch that answered the phone was extremely rude and was absolutely no help when I called to inquire about getting a loan. She borderline yelled at me when I asked about loan information, and seemed to be frustrated with me for trying to bring them some business. I don't know what kind of operation they run but none of my future calls were returned, and I was constantly directed to voice mail. I was refereed to them to get hard money, but I'll be looking elsewhere. The guys are Hard Money Bankers were much more helpful and I'll be doing business with them and sending all of my referrals there from now on.
