I had a great experience with Yesenia. She was very patient and meticulous and is comfortable working with black hair and Indian hair. We did balayage, root color, and cut and each of these are a separate services. She spent nearly four hours to achiever this look, and I have a lot of thick hair. I appreciated her efforts so much and will definitely go back!Of note prices differ significantly from website estimates based on your hair and who you see, so if that is an issue, I recommend getting a quote up front. Prices appeared to be in line with other salons in the area.

WOW this place ROCKS! Everyone at the salon was so helpful and they fit me in right away when I had a hair color emergency! I had gone to a different salon in Washington DC, and they messed up my hair 10 days before my wedding.Thankfully Betru Salon not only fixed it, but also made it look SO much better! Jessica was my stylist and she was so careful and detailed with my highlights.
