Tri-State came through for us when we were in a big jam. Naomi took the time on a Friday afternoon to go and confirm that they had 14 tablecloths. 20 minutes later I had them. They probably rent thousands of linens a week but they work just as hard for the smaller orders. This is why they are our go-to when we are overbooked.
Very good and reputable company, in my opinion. Our rentals were delivered first thing on Friday (as requested), and they promptly picked up on Monday.
The price was reasonable and the customer service was on point.
