Amazing service from start to finish! We had our house roof, garage roof and gutters replaced at the same time. We had such a great experience, we decided to have our windows replaced also! We were aware prior to the job that multiple areas of our roof needed new decking. We also had inadequate ventilation which lead to roof failure. All of the old decking was removed and replaced they were also sure to put proper ventilation. They were very respectful of our property and did a fantastic job cleaning up. Met with the owner, Larry who was so nice to work with and provided a crash course in roofing materials so we felt comfortable with our investment. RTD uses Certainteed composite shingles. There was no sales pressure and he clearly just wanted us to make the most informed choice we could. Pricing was incredibly competitive compared to another estimate received. Shelley, the command and control for logistics, was so nice and stayed in touch until the project was completed. She arranged the install team to accommodate a tight window for us made more challenging with coordinating removal of solar panels with our solar company. One-day shower install. They took the old cast iron bath tub out and put in half-inch plywood and installed and shower with quality materials. I asked for a window as well. They installed that the week before they came out for the shower install. They also installed flooring, leveling the part that was lower due to old sink. They moved the plumbing lines to the opposite side. We now have a brighter bathroom with a beautiful floor. They also hooked up our sink. They did all this in about 8 hours! It was great work!
