Mayra is excellent, she was patient and dedicated, I empress the Q Nail has a Spanish manicurist. It was easy for my mom to communicate with her, and my mother was happy with her services.But the prices are going up every single time I go. The charges me for me and my mother $250 when before I pay $140 for both.

Ive been before and they do a good job. I called ahead of time to see if I need an appointment for a mani-pedi and they said I was fine to walk in. I get there and checkin and then wait almost 2 hours and no one starts me so I eventually just get up and quietly leave and go to another salon. I find it very frustrating because I had asked up front if I needed an appointment and overall when I come there I don’t feel like a valued customer, not sure how to explain that but they seem indifferent for my patronage. I’ll take the hint and go to other shops

Everything was great! Just the nets flying around bothered me but overall everyone was nice Jhuma took her time with my nails and they look great! John answered all of my questions patiently and politely ..A forever customer. I will be back!!!!
