Above and beyond service! Ish and the team were incredibly dedicated to resolving an issue with my car’s sunroof. Even after I had to bring it back because the problem wasn’t fully resolved, they handled it promptly and did not charge me again. They stayed in constant communication and went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of. They even included a free car wash to show the issue was resolved. I truly appreciate their persistence and professionalism!

Precise repaired a damaged rear bumper casing and repaint a scarred left driver side rear panel. The work estimate for price was reasonable and the time estimate was three days, plus one day to get authorized Subaru Outback materials. The service tech and customer service representative I worked with were very responsive and reliable in what and when they dealt with me. As a result, I got a flawless set of repairs, in a short amount of time, with as little disruption to my life as I could have expected. Precise auto is all go and no show in the best way possible.
