O&S just completed installing a new roof on our 12 unit commercial property. During the work we had several different days of heavy rainstorms. They were also tasked with replacing 7 skylights and 1 new skylight.
O&S did a great job!! Minimal disruption if any to the commercial properties operating in the units. No leakage in the roof during the construction.
Very satisfied with the work and the outcome!!

We recently had the roof on our warehouse in Beltsville, MD replaced by Orndorff and Spaid, The entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable.
