Adding an update to my review: still love this place! I’ve been coming to this salon for over a year, and I truly can’t say enough great things about it. The front desk team is always welcoming and kind, and the overall customer service is consistently excellent. I’ve seen both Key and Duy for services — pedicures, gel, Gel-X, and regular manicures — and they are both fantastic.
For my wedding, Duy did my Gel-X nails and absolutely slayed the design. I showed him a reference photo and he recreated it perfectly — people were complimenting my nails for weeks. I even brought my sister and members of the wedding party here, and everyone left... read full review
This is such a nice salon. The atmosphere and people are so nice and inviting. On my first visit I had Duy Le and booked with him again for my birthday nails. He did a wonderful job and his dedication to making my nails perfect was amazing. I (as I do) messed my toe up on the way to pay. He immediately fixed it. Sadly I did it again in the car lol. But I’m still extremely pleased with my service and my birthday nails. Adding photos of my manicure not pedicure since I’m the reason they look off ?
Much better service this time around. I will say that the nail tech looked a little bothered while doing my pedicure. I know i don’t stink, so I’m unsure what the issue was, lol. I also asked for sunflowers as the designs, but I didn’t get that. The design she did is still nice, just not what I asked for. But maybe next time if I come back, they’ll listen? Still a great and very convenient nail salon!
Cleanliness: They changed the decor a little, but I love it! And they take vary good care to make sure the areas are clean!
