We hired Victor and his team to carry out a massive renovation of a master bedroom and bathroom of our historic home. The project was much more complicated than anticipated due to structural findings upon demolition, however, Victor’s team were able to pivot and appropriately carry out the project. There were a few small errors along the way regarding precision, but overall the team was excellent: punctual, polite, hard-working and efficient. Victor was very communicative and helpful. We plan to continue to utilize Najera’s Services for our future projects, and would definitely recommend them.

We just used Najera's Services for an indoor painting project, the second time Victor and his team have done work for us. We are extremely pleased with the final result. The price was fair and reasonable, they accommodated our every request, and they diligently left the rooms cleaner than before!

My husband called two companies Saturday morning May 18th. The first company’s phone message said go on line and we’ll assist you. The second call was to Najera’s Services LLC. He was amazed that an employee actually answered the phone. She proceeded to request some information which we forwarded and within an hour we received an estimate to have our Armstrong LVT installed in our entry way. We accepted the reasonable labor cost estimate. On Sunday the contractor showed up and installed the flooring that we previously purchased. We are 100 percent satisfied with the quality job we received! Where else can you request estimates on jobs you need done at home... read full review
