We had a bleach spill on the lower four steps of our home entry stairway. Chris came today, and (thanks to having a remnant of the original carpet left in our home) he was able to replace the damaged carpeting, repair a seam that needed to be added (as the remnant was just a bit short) and the job looks fantastic! We are very pleased. We relied on the reviews we'd seen and they were spot on. We are very happy with the repair and offer our highest recommendation.
I had to get a hole in my carpet repaired because my cat cat tried to dig his way into my bedroom. The technician was incredibly kind and responsive, and finished the job very quickly.
