My second review after business response: It amazes me that this is how a business responds to negative feedback. It shows that the manager knows he’s in the wrong. See below because more than likely, they’ll delete their response.
Future customers, please feel free to take your own opinion. Petty or not, you should treat customers with respect and provide good customer service.

Hi I brought flooring and it only lasted 11/2 years with a 10 year warranty which they did not honor I waisted $1200.00 on my flooring which looks a mess

I had a very bad experience. When I entered the store, I was assisted by some young guys; all they did was laugh and goof around in the shop, and they had a terrible attitude. They sold me rotten wood. I went to complain to the owner, but he told me he wouldn't exchange the wood or refund my money. Do not buy wood there—they will rip you off. I do not recommend it.

no worries, they have many warehouses in the area. I didn't even go to the office, just showed my paperwork to a forklifter, and he guided me to another warehouse.

Told one price on the phone and as soon as I show up it’s instantly $4 more per box. This is the second time they changed the price on me.
