Fantastic experience! I rented several items including the pink throne, rose wall, carriage candy cart, chairs, linens and lighting, for my daughter’s garden themed sweet 16 party. Every part of the rental process was easy and seamless - from the initial quote to when the items were picked up. All items arrived on time and looked exactly as they did online. Everything was in good condition and exceeded my expectations. I was also satisfied with pricing, which having rented from many companies, I can honestly say is more than fair. I had a great experience with Vanessa Johnson at Delissa’s Party Rental. Her customer service was outstanding from start to finish. She was professional, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Vanessa took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure everything was exactly what I needed. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making sure customers are satisfied, and she definitely delivered. I highly recommend working with Vanessa if you need party rentals!
