Incredibly impressed with this contractor, especially Sean. I have an OLD system (heat pump and gas furnace). Heat stopped on a Saturday. Didn't call for a contractor until Monday as we have gas fireplace and space heaters. Sean arrived on-time, and diagnosed the problem within an hour or two. I dreaded the expense of a whole new system. Sean was honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. It was fixed for less than $500!If you need any HVAC issues addressed, Rock Spring Mechanical NEEDS to be your first call... and they'll be your only call

Sean is an amazing technician. He has serviced our unit a couple times. He talked me trough an issue in the dead of winter and got my unit back up. Just recently he talked me through an issue with the AC and got me back up a running. I highly recommend Rock Springs.Services: Repair HVAC

I have a 3 year old Trane furnace that wasn't working, and no one I had look at it before them could figure out why. It was indeed baffling but they researched and made all kinds of calls to get to the bottom of it. I have heat! They even followed up with me to make sure all was still in good working order!
