About 2-3 years ago my husband brought his computer in totally unusable and shutting off randomly every few minutes to couple hours with no warning and no pattern. We had taken it to micro center first before having knowledge of bel air computer guy. We left a very negative review for Micro center as they sent it back without knowing how to fix it AND hooked up incorrectly (we had to pay labor here too). Found Bel air computer guy and he took a while to fix it, but ultimately sent it back perfect(and still running smoothly to this day). He was communicative the entire time with updates. We do NOT mind waiting patiently for a job well done. At this time he had a no fix, no pay policy. Not sure if he still does but it is one of the most respectable things a small business owner can do. Absolutely one of the reasons we chose him for the job. I don’t remember the price but i know it was fair.

Fast forward to a couple weeks ago, a friend of ours little brother was having display issues where his pc would not connect to the monitor. Living all the way toward Harrisburg, PA. We automatically said we’d take the pc and get it in the hands of bel air computer guy. He thought the problem might be the motherboard but did not have a compatible spare to test. He asked if it would be ok to try ordering one with no promise it was the only issue. At this point he gave an estimated total price if that were the only problem. Again, it took some time but luckily the new motherboard fixed everything and he sent home a perfectly working pc. Once again very fair pricing.“
