First, its AI Assistant that answers the phone is beyond excellent: programmed by the boss, it asks specific questions and responds to specific information so that staff actually knows what you are bringing to them and what the likely solution will entail. Second, staff solved my Microsoft Word problem in about fifteen minutes (full disclosure: I’m a Boomer not born to the computer world) which makes me think they are probably as quick solving more complicated problems. In all, a great first choice to help you solve your IT problem.
