I absolutely would recommend Mike to anybody in need of a computer guy. I came in after exhausting every troubleshooting route I could think of to fix my computer by myself, and he found a way to fix the issue I was having without replacing my hard drive (which I was afraid I might have to do) in 24 hours. He's efficient, professional, personable, and transparent on pricing, and I will absolutely go back to Mike if I find myself needing help again.

Mike took the issue I had with my computer and completely blew it out of the water! Not only is it fixed, it's running a thousand times better than it was when I left it there(honestly, I think it's running even better than it was when it was new!). He went out of his way to diagnose and fix other unrelated issues my computer was facing and he was very communicative and professional along the whole way. My base issue ended up being something that I really should've suspected in hindsight, and he never made me feel stupid for it, just offered kind advice and helped me fix it. I highly recommend coming here for any PC issues you might have!

Mike was awesome, informative, and he kept me up to date on everything as it was being done. The cost of all the work I had done for my rig was far less than I had expected. The professionalism with having to rebuild my PC, the right way (no thanks to CyberPower PC), was on point. You can trust him to get it right and not drag you around about the issues you might not be aware of with your PC. I'll definitely keep his business at the forefront of any other potential issues I may see down the road.
