Children's Urgent Care offers speedy and efficient service with excellent customer service. Parents feel listened to and their concerns are addressed. The care provided to children is thorough and comforting, making them feel at ease. The facility is clean and inviting. The medical staff, including doctors and nurses, are compassionate and knowledgeable. They are willing to go the extra mile to ensure patients receive the best care. For example, they performed a throat swab on a young patient even though it's not typical protocol for children under two. The front desk staff is also praised for their kindness and helpfulness.
i took my 3 yr old in for uti symptoms . i had to run back to the car to grab my license as we were walking out , my 3 yr old spit up in the door way. unexpected , as she wasn’t throwing up before we came . when i turned back , holding the door , the girl at the front desk stood up with a look on her face as if she was disgusted. very unprofessional as the face of the center . she was insensitive to situation even tho she works in a healthcare setting .
everyone else that we interacted with after her was sweet . the medical assistant & another lady listening to the issue , the NP was nice also. daughter was diagnosed correctly .

Made an appointment online was super fast and easy. Front desk was amazing. Everything was going good until I got in the back with Kristen britton she thought it was appropriate to fat shame my five month old I do not recommend her
Checked in online, went to the urgent care and waited like 10 minutes and was seen by Nurse then the nurse practitioner. Was at the office maybe 45 mins. Prescription was sent on time. Highly recommended and will go back.
