Within 1 hr. I was checked in, taken back, given treatment, had bloodwork done. Recieved results and back on the road. This pt first is GREAT! Ive never been in and out so quickly. The check in receptionist,CNA & phlebotomist was amazing very sweet and professional. Doctor and nurse was good as well. This place ran like a well oiled machine and im appreciative for how well they all worked together to help me feel better quickly. Thankyou all
3 visits in the past year here have been consistently great. Registration is fast and efficient. My wait times were short. Triage is efficiently but thorough. In and out in no time, and they even have a lot of the prescriptions needed onsite. Everyone is very friendly. I even told them this last visit how much I appreciated how friendly everyone is there. Great place.
Such professionalism and very attentive to the patient. PA Robert was really on top of my issues and addressed them one by one.I first walked into Urgent Care and just the front desk attitude and demeanor told me to hit the door running. PF is 1000x more patient oriented and never displayed an "you are bothering me" attitude.
