My symptoms were head aches, right ear and neck pain with a lump behind that same ear, cough. On Dec 21,2023 I went to UMMS urgent care they did X-rays gave me two antibiotics said to follow with PCP/ENT. December 26, 2023 still not feeling well went to UMMS ER was feeling worse fever, back pain and coughing and stating that coworkers had tested positive for Covid recently. First Dr stated we are going to do a viral panel waited and waited sent me to X-ray sat there called several times for pain meds for the pain I was in. Nothing. Solid 3 all around. In the future I would prefer to go to urgent care, but those often book days in advance and this is a walk in service for employees. That makes it very convenient.
