I had a very good experience today. It was my birthday and i was really down and out about my tire blowing on me. Not only was my tower timely, he went above and beyond to help me and make sure i was safe. He also helped me choose a tire place to replace my tire. I highly recommend. Smooth and easy experience

I work as a dispatcher for a car dealership/parts delivery company and had a driver break down on me on 83 in the mid day. After playing phone tag with pretty much everyone else in the area, I found Universal. At first, we couldn't work things out due to how busy a time a day it was. After a while I received a call that their dispatcher had moved things around to be able to help me out, understanding the situation we were in. We were told an hour and half for the truck to arrive, and that was spot on. Driver and truck made it home safely in time for dinner, and the extra effort will not be forgotten. Price was good but told me 30mins and had me sitting for 2 hours and never got I call back. When I did call they sent me straight to voice mail for trying to see if they were still coming or not. Very Unprofessional
