My husband and I used this company to help get our car back to Frederick. We had a procedure done in Baltimore, and then the clutch went out and we were stuck in the parking garage. The first tow company we called and said they would be there in an hour. After 55 minutes, they called and said the turbo was broken on the truck and to use another tow company. They recommended autobarn. I called them and they were extremly helpful and nice. Not too mention they showed up when they said they were going to, the tow truck driver was professional and explained everything to us, they towed it from baltimore city to frederick as well. I went to the Auto Barn because my car got towed. I arrived to this very rude brunette woman at the window. She was yelling and cursing so much that I had to walk away. I came back the next day and it was a man named Eric at the window. He was so pleasant and nice. He explained the cost to get my car back. Even cracked a joke saying that this must’ve been the most expensive haircut I ever got and called me Elon Musk. I was unhappy about my car but Eric made the experience very pleasant.

My business has been using Auto Barn since 2016 for towing and storage service. We are extremely satisfied with Auto Barn. The employees and representatives are respectful and courteous. The service is quick and efficient. Would recommend Auto Barn to anyone.
