I was in town visiting my folks and looking for a well equipped gym to use. True Balance, specifically Ali (owner), was GREAT: very welcoming, very high quality facility with great equipment (weights, machines, dumbbells, kettlebells).I watched a few classes and the instructors (either 1-1 or group settings) were knowledgeable and really professional.TY True Balance and Ali!!

I cannot say enough great things about my experience at True Balance! Ali and her team are so talented and supportive. The culture at True Balance is one of friendship and fun - I never felt self-conscious or intimidated, even when just starting out. I highly recommend this studio!
