The staff are always so helpful and knowledgeable. When the store did not have item I needed in stock , they called several stores and requested a hold. Every store visit has always exceeded my expectations.

I recently stopped by my local Ulta Beauty in Honeygo Boulevard, Baltimore, MD, (White Marsh Area) about 30–45 minutes before closing at 9 p.m. I was looking for the NYX Duck Plump Lip Liner in the shade Double Dose. I searched the shelves for what felt like forever but couldn’t find it, so I was ready to settle for a different lip liner.
When I got to the register, I mentioned my frustration to the cashier, Janell , and asked if she knew when the next shipment might come in. I showed her a picture of the exact shade I was looking for, and she told me they might actually have it in the back. Ulta has become my home, away from home! Often times, I have a set purpose for why I'm going to Ulta. They have so much enticing products, I can't help but shift my attention to the hair care products, the smell of all the amazing fragrances [for women and men], the full array of cosmetics, and the pocketbook sized treats right before you get to the registers. For the past 5 yrs, I've maintained my diamond 💎 status. Some locations know me by name. That alone tells you that if you haven't taken a trip to Ulta, get yourself there as soon as possible!
