They offer a range of services, including home rental inspections and lock changes. Clients can expect great service and detailed inspections, with Matt going above and beyond to identify potential issues.
I can’t recommend Shell Home Inspections enough. They are easy to work with, knowledgeable, and hand-hold you through all aspects Baltimore City’s relatively complex rental process. They’ll even go as far as acting on your behalf to make sure all paperwork gets submitted correctly. I won’t be using anyone but them for my inspections
