He showcased an extensive knowledge base and professional demeanor; additionally, I consider myself a punctual individual, John arrived 30 minutes earlier for our appointment! John came as a strong recommendation through our realtor and he fully executed on his service. I HIGHLY recommend using john . I found this company through yelp . Once I saw great reviews I was sold . I booked a home inspection with eagle Eye june 2023 he completed a detailed inspection and saved me from purchasing a home with a lot of major issues . Fast forward to now August 2023 i booked John again to complete another home inspection and he did a phenomenal job , he showed up on time , very professional , nothing but great things to say about john BOOK WITH HIM ASAP YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED !!

Not a first time homebuyer but still learned about from John. My wife wrote down a bunch of questions to ask during the inspection, John was able to address each one of them before she even asked. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He came highly recommended by our realtor. Since he's lives in the Baltimore area, he is very familiar with the homes in the areas. We tried to shadow him but we ended up letting him do his thing. Once he find something that could be an issue, he pointed it to us right away.
