Thank you to SBC for handling our issue of the work they performed several years ago on our stone veneer on the house. The initial installation failed due to improper preparation. They did return and completely removed the veneer, ground down the mortar on the walls, re-parged the scratch coat and installed new El'Dorado stone. The two mason did good job (Marco and Octavio) keeping the area clean and dusted. It's a messy job but they did keep it clean as could. Keith was in touch. It looks great again and will last the way it should.
From start to finish, this felt like a partnership. SBC - and everyone they sent to do work - was fantastic. The designer listened and had great ideas, the masonry was beautiful, electric and plumbing professionals were solutions oriented and I actually had fun selecting appliances. The final outdoor kitchen far exceeded our expectations and we are already trying to think of our next project with SBC.
