We contracted SBC to rebuild our original deck. From beginning to end the SBC team provided guidance on materials, concept and realistic timeframe and cost. During the project, the SBC team was always available to answer any questions or make any necessary adjustments as needed. They worked with us on any changes we requested throughout the project. We previously used SBC to build a deck for us 3 years ago. Recently, we noticed the railing shifting (no fault of their own). I reached out asking if anything could be done. Not only did they come, remove the railing and fix the issue, they did so within 2 weeks of me reaching out. 3 years after we had the deck built! I was so impressed by the integrity and response from the company. I highly recommend from start to finish. They stand behind their work.
Outstanding from start to finish. Joe M. Was excellent to work with and he and the team actually went above and beyond. SBC removed an old and failing retaining wall and replaced with new. Would use again in a heartbeat. Thanks Joe!
