Always treated with respect and courtesy. There was a time where I could not pay for my glasses for over 6 months and they kept them for me. The place is always clean I have no complaints I love Optical Fair in Eastpoint Mall.
Absolutely love it there. The lady's were very friendly and patient with my 3 rambunctious girls, who clearly didn't want to just sit still. The doctor was very knowledgeable and a delight to speak with. The lady even helped me pick out frames.
They both have attitudes at the front desk and are quick to snap when on the phone. Plus, you don’t tell someone your eyes are too bad, we won’t be able to help you and then get mad when we ask for one of the doctors in the back.
