Go somewhere else! I used this cleaner to professionally care for a goose down jacket and my north force coat. The goose down zipper was broken yet they zippered the jacket and didn’t notify me of the damage. Keep in mind that it was a new jacket that I purchased from Nordstorm and I don’t wear it much in Baltimore so I wanted it washed before storing it after moving from chicago. I paid way too much for a basic cleaning. The zipper was damaged as well as the down feels pressed and I found white powder in the crevices of the jacket.I called to inform the owner of what happened and she hung up the phone on me.
