Called these guys after I thought I had a clogged sewer line and my technician Sean came out the next day on time (<24 hours from my call) to inspect it. Listened to my issue and did a visual inspection and gave me a good professional opinion and to monitor it instead of charging me for an unnecessary work up. Millennium is a great choice. They were able to get my hot water heater replaced next day. Fair pricing $1,875 for 50gal including removal of old product. Rob was my servicer. Needed a shower valve replaced. And the practically antique shutoff knobs were starting to break apart when turned. Shawn came out to perform the job. Arrived on time - professional and personable.
